"We really liked the space, pool and privacy. The reservations team was excellent. In property management, Eric and Michael gave us good information. Excellent service! The laundry area needs improvement. We would recommend removing the timer clock near the bed. The kitchen needs improvement. The property needs new pots and pans. An electric water cooker would be recommended. Several bulbs need to be changed also."

"The home has nice bed sets and nice bathrooms. Very good open kitchen, dining and living area as well. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Reservations team was excellent! The home should have living room seating for 6. We moved a chair from the bedroom to accommodate our group. Also, dogs and loud chatter from neighbors woke us at 6 a.m. on Sunday. The coffee table is very wobbly. The drip system in front of cactus has a "fountain" going and needs to be fixed."

"The layout is great. Has all the amenities of a vacation home. Poolside is fantastic with plenty of shade if need it. You feel relaxed the moment you step in. Robes, towels, kitchen utensils, pool toys and all the things you need are there - there are even batteries and a sewing kit in case you need them! This vacation home did not disappoint. I will definitely come back to this specific home. I have been to others through in Palm Springs and I will rank this very high. Please provide a fan to each bedroom and one in the living room. Since you want the guests to not go below 76 degrees, a fan is needed at times when the temperature is high. Also, you might want to have a lock on the temperature so guests are not tempted to go lower than 76. Lastly, a hammock in the backyard by the orange tree (under the shade) would be perfect! You have been great throughout - communciation before the vacation and even when I had to extend my stay for one more night. Good job!"

Sleek And Comfortable Home (5 of 5 Stars)
"This was a wonderful property and perfect for our group of 5. The layout of the home is wonderful. The kitchen was well equippd and the grill and fire pit worked great. There was plenty of seating both inside and out and the beds were all very very comfortable. The stereo had a plug for us all to use our ipods on which was great. There were a few very minor problems we encountered. The casita is not air conditioned but we found a fan to use in there. The door to the casita also didn't seem to want to open but maintenance came and helped us out. The living room television had sound but no picture but we figured out that fix. And the garbage disposal was not working. We tried to reset it ourselves but then just didn't use it becuase we didn't want to be interrupted by a further maintenance visit. But we consider this all minor and, overall, the home to be in excellent condition and a place we would return to in the future. Having a couple of pool rafts would be a nice addition."

"I'm really glad I went with Vacation Palm Springs for my trip this past April 2012 for the Coachella music festival... I will always call Vacation Palm Springs in the future. They made sure I had a great place to stay for my vacation. This was my 10th year going and decided to give Vacation Palm Springs a try this year... it was the best property I've every stayed at! The Splash property was amazing... no suggestions at all for improvement. Awesome pool and patio... beautiful house. The Vacation Palm Springs team is awesome... they're very helpful and you can ask them anything. Thank you Sergio and Chris Salayko and anyone else who helped me out this year!!!"

"This property worked out perfectly for our family. This was a family get together with people of all ages and the property filled all our needs. The bedrooms were all very nice and the large dining room table and the extra seating outside were perfect. The outside area had plenty of shade and seating, and even though the pool is not large it worked out for us just fine. Everything in the house worked just fine. It all worked out really well and all the information was very helpful."

"Three major things will keep me from renting this home again. 1. The pool was dirty; it didn't seem that the pump was doing its job. 2. The tv/entertainment system was too complicated to use. At least three remotes were required for changing the channel, adjusting the volume, and turning off/on the tv. 3. A/c wouldn't go below 77. It gets too hot and 77 is just not low enough especially when the actual temp of the rooms does. OT come down to what the temp controller reads. As always, staff were very helpful, respectful, and prompt."

"The condo felt home-like and was stylishly decorated. The kitchen was amazingly equipped - as if the owners actually spend quite a bit of time there and are cooks. The property grounds were taken care of very well and are beautiful and lush. The condo is very close to the tennis courts and a few of the pools. We would definitely rent it again. The information about the bathrooms on the website is outdated since the condo was remodeled - the condo no longer has a bath tub. It might also be useful to mention that both showers have the rain-type shower heads. With little kids, this was difficult for bathing them and washing their hair. Your service was top-notch! I was very impressed! And your website has tons of useful information on it. Thank you!"

"Oasis Escape Condo was an ideal place to spend a week enjoying Palm Springs. The condo was home from home, even the mattress and pillows were comfortable. I would certain recommend the place to any of our friends.The gardens were an Oasis, so colourful and tidy. Would be nice to have a better light outside on the terrace. Every member of staff that I dealt with was helpful and pleasant."

"8 of us freinds enjoyed our stay between April 20-24, 2012. We came up to Palm Springs, CA for Coachella. The house was perfect. There is a Albertsons grocery store just around the corner which is great. The pool and hot tub was perfect. We never had any problems with the house (didn't have to call anybody). The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would recommend this website to freinds and family. I will definietly use this website on my next stay in Palm Springs, CA. The service team was good. We had no complaints about our stay."

"Great Space/ Great yard nice mellow neighborhood and location. Better air conditioning needed.. Air conditioning was not very cool/ effective. We kept doors and windows shut- everyone woke up sweating- called property managers for support Swap the 2 kiddy single beds for a double. TV directions were lengthy and confusing."

"Everything was comfortable and worked well. It was a nice gesture to have a welcome basket on arrival. My only suggestion would be to remove personal items from the house such as photo albums, clothing, etc. There were some 'junk' drawers in the living room, kitchen and bedroom which could be cleared out. Also, keep the walking wardrobe upstairs in the loft cleared so that it can be fully used as a bedroom. I'd definitely recommend, though, It really was a nice and functional property. Everyone was attentive and helpful when needed."
