"Clean, neat home with a great pool. We did not appreciate being woken up on our holiday and having to let the home owners in! They came to the property un-announced while we were renting the home. Also, the pool guy came on an unscheduled day?! We would recommend Vacation Palm Springs to a friend, despite the problem we had with the owner of the property showing up to the property without notice and waking us up. "We greatly enjoyed the pool, BBQ, ping-pong table and wonderful garden views. The house was comfortable and very easy to clean. There were TV's in each room. It was too hot at night (we stated in August) - Fans in each room would help. Air vents in bathrooms would help. As far as repairs, there is a leak in the main pipe outside, which the maintenance man is aware of. Light bulbs above kitchen table need to be replaced. Wobbly kitchen table which we stabilized with some newspaper. The marble around the sink in the second en suite bathroom is in disrepair. Reserving was good. The property managers were excellent. Regular maintenance by gardeners and pool man which kept the outside area tidy and attractive. We would recommend Vacation Palm Springs. "Terrific floor plan. Everyone could stay in the house and not hear the others. The central living area is divided into 3 areas: dining room, TV room and conversational fireplace space. This is a very welcoming place that immediately made me feel comfortable - it felt more like home than a rental property. Don't forget the sun screen. You will want to be outside the entire visit. But if you do overexpose, the pool area always has a beautiful covered area no matter the time of day. Service here at Vacation Palm Springs was nothing short of awesome. Every question was answered before it could be asked. The notebook at the house provided all the information we needed. The place was immaculately clean, everything worked the way it should - I called the office only to say "Thank You" for another wonderful visit to Palm Springs. A good friend of mine owns a small company - and she often rents 3-4 hotel rooms for her administrative staff to stay the weekend after a conference. "The home was exceptionally clean and well equiped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. This Palm Springs home really exceeded our expectations and our Children and grandchildren have already asked if we can do this vacation again. We almost extended our stay this time! Nate was exceptional and actually assisted us in selecting the home we stayed in. We have been online and selected several possibilities. We met with Nate in the office and he was very knowledgeable about each of our selections and attentive to what we wanted for our family vacation. Nate also assisted us when there was a small problem with the plumbing at the home with an immediate response. There was never an instance when I would call that I wasn't able to reach Nate. Great customer service! I have already shared the information with several friends and co-workers who are very interested in renting this home. I have given them all cards and the email address. "The property is so beautiful and was immaculate when we arrived. I loved that the front yard was covered with green grass and trees and right inside the gate was a private seating area. The accommodations were very inviting and comfortable and was supplied with every convenience that made us feel right at home. The big back yard was ideal – better than we imagined. The pool and spa were so great and the whole area was private and protected with lush leafy trees. Simply said, we loved it! for improvement: Updated technology. "We enjoyed the spaciousness even with the 16 guests we had spending the night and the privacy of where the home was located at the end of a cul-de-sac. A few of the sinks in a few bedrooms would not drain and we were never able to use the spa the entire weekend. It wouldn't get even warm. We tried everything. I provided eye masks for those who stayed the night because there were no shades on any of the windows and some guests actually slept in a few of the closets to escape the light, but if many are not informed, it may be difficult for many. "Casa La Mesa was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed and more. It was a perfect place for m and my ladies for my bachelorette! We especially loved the extra casita!
